Catering delivery is available within the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Delivery fees and food minimums apply. We cater 7 days per week, on all three shifts. Advance booking required.
This catering option is best suited for open house events, birthdays, family functions and shorter luncheons. All food is packaged in disposable hotel pans and will be hot and ready to eat upon pickup or delivery. Disposable chafers are available for purchase to keep food warm. We also offer individually packaged box meals, which are prefect for the office.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
This is an a la carte option available to any size group and the most economical way to go if additional service is not desired. Brioche Buns, Extra Sauce, Serving Spoons & Tongs, Napkins, Cutlery, and Chafers with fuel are all available for an additional cost. With this option you can order and pay for what you need, without paying a cent more.
Pricing is offered by full and half hotel pan and will arrive hot and ready to serve.
TIMING:
Please order at least a week in advance whenever possible. During peak season, more time may be needed. We always do our best to accommodate. A signed contract and deposit are required to hold the date.
GRATUITIES:
We always want to provide the very best experience for our guests! Tips are not automatically included in your bill, but are appreciated by our staff. If we have met or exceeded your expectations, please tip accordingly. 100% of all tips are given to the team who coordinated your event, including the delivery driver, buffet attendant (s) and/or kitchen staff who prepared your order.
ALL CATERING REQUIRES A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE A DATE WILL BE HELD & CATERING CONFIRMED.
Our professional staff is available for private events. This level of service includes buffet attendants, linens for buffet table(s), stainless steel chafers, fuel, deluxe paperware & service for up to 3 hours. Additional time may be booked at a rate of $35/hour per attendant. A standard 20% service fee will be applied to any full service catering invoice. We pass thru all venue fees unless otherwise noted in your contract.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Reserved for groups with a $1,500 minimum order. For smaller groups, please check out our buffet style catering options with drop off or pick up service. We also offer individually boxed meals.

All four of our mobile units are available for private events. We have two state of the art BBQ food trucks (20 ft & 26ft) & two BBQ trailers (12 ft & 30 ft) that are sure to wow your guests and make the clean up easy! Our food truck catering option is an outdoor only option that is available seasonally and contingent on weather. We are not able to operate when temperature is below freezing or in inclement weather that presents hazardous road conditions. Both of our mobile units are powered with a quiet generator on board. We are self sufficient and can supply our own power and water for your event.
We require a minimum food spend to book our mobile restaurant for events.
