Disposable Trays & Individual Meals

Catering delivery is available within the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Delivery fees and food minimums apply. We cater 7 days per week, on all three shifts. Advance booking required.


This catering option is best suited for open house events, birthdays, family functions and shorter luncheons. All food is packaged in disposable hotel pans and will be hot and ready to eat upon pickup or delivery. Disposable chafers are available for purchase to keep food warm. We also offer individually packaged box meals, which are prefect for the office.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

This is an a la carte option available to any size group and the most economical way to go if additional service is not desired.  Brioche Buns, Extra Sauce, Serving Spoons & Tongs, Napkins, Cutlery, and Chafers with fuel are all available for an additional cost.  With this option you can order and pay for what you need, without paying a cent more.

Pricing is offered by full and half hotel pan and will arrive hot and ready to serve.


 MINIMUM ORDER:

We have an $800 food minimum for delivery orders outside of a 20 minute radius of our restaurant.  We have a $1500 food minimum for group catering on Monday and Tuesday when our restaurant is closed.  


TIMING: 

Please order a minimum of 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Five business days preferred whenever possible.

                                                                              DELIVERY: 

Available within the 275 Loop (Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky) for a $30 fee. Delivery and Set Up $50 fee. Special deliveries requiring two attendants or outside our delivery area $100+ fee. (Example: Venues with no elevator and multiple flights of stairs, weddings, and longer distances)   


 ALL CATERING REQUIRES A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE A DATE WILL BE  HELD & CATERING  CONFIRMED.

Our professional staff is available for private events. This level of service includes buffet attendants, linens for buffet table(s), stainless steel chafers, fuel, deluxe paperware & service for up to 3 hours. Additional time may be booked at a rate of $35/hour per attendant. A standard 20% service fee will be applied to any full service catering invoice. We pass thru all venue fees unless otherwise noted in your contract.

Dedicated catering professional

Complete buffet set up or food truck

Full service for 2 1/2 hours 

Experienced team in uniform

Chafers, sterno fuel, black linen for the buffet table and any other equipment needed to serve hot and fresh BBQ at your event.


All paper goods to include plates, cutlery & napkins. (basic & deluxe options available)​


MINIMUM ORDER:

Reserved for groups with a $1,200 minimum order. For smaller groups, please check out our buffet style catering options with drop off or pick up service.  We also offer individually boxed meals.

TIMING:
On-site catering dates are limited, please order at least 2 weeks in advance to check for availability. During peak season, more time may be needed. We always do our best to accommodate. A signed contract and deposit are required to hold the date. A labor charge will apply to all full service catering.

GRATUITIES:
We always want to provide the very best experience for our guests!  Tips are not automatically included in your bill, but are appreciated by our staff.  If we have met or exceeded your expectations, please tip accordingly.  100% of all tips are given to the team who coordinated your event, including the delivery driver, buffet attendant (s) and/or kitchen staff who prepared your order

Both of our mobile units are available for private events. We have a state of the art BBQ food truck (20 ft) & BBQ trailer (30 ft) that are sure to wow your guests and make the clean up easy! Our food truck catering option is an outdoor only option that is available seasonally and contingent on weather.  We are not able to operate when temperature is below freezing or in inclement weather that presents hazardous road conditions. A standard 20% service fee will be applied to any full service catering invoice. We pass thru all venue fees unless otherwise noted in your contract.  


 WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Dedicated catering professional

Complete set up with food truck

Full service for 2 1/2 hours 

Experienced team in uniform

All equipment needed to serve hot and fresh BBQ at your event

All paper goods to include plates, cutlery & napkins.  (basic & deluxe options available)​ 

Both of our mobile units are powered with a quiet generator on board. We are self sufficient and can supply our own power and water for your event.


We require a minimum food spend to book our mobile restaurant for events. 


Monday & Tuesday (private events):

 $1,500 min. food spend for food truck or food trailer. Our restaurant is closed Monday & Tuesday, so we only book private catered events on these 2 days. 


Food Truck Minimum:

$1,000 minimum food spend for 

weekday lunches on Wed/Thurs/Fri


$1,200 minimum food spend for weekends (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) and service on 3rd shift.


 Food Trailer Minimum:

 $1,500 min. food spend Monday - Sunday

*requires 10x40 space
